Track & Trace
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. We find it very important that you, our customer is able to track the order and knows when it will be delivered.
The e-mail in which you receive the track & trace code is provided with a clear explanation of how you can track your order.
RETURNS
Please read the following information carefully before returning your order.
At Lotta Mae you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. You need to inform us by e-mail, otherwise we can’t do the refund. Follow the instructions below for returning your order.
PAY ATTENTION: The products listed below cannot be returned:
- Earrings and ear cuffs (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized items

You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received a response, it is possible that our confirmation e-mail has ended up in your spam folder.
PAY ATTENTION: The items you would like to return must meet the following requirements:
Unworn
Original package is undamaged
Includes original labels
Returned within the specified period
If you have received a gift with your order, you must return the gift when the entire order is being returned.

Return costs
Return costs are for the account of the customer. Always return your order with a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost. The customer is responsible for her return shipment until it reaches our address. It is therefore wise to keep your track & trace code. With this evidence you can prove that the items have actually been returned.
Lotta Mae reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline.
Refund
If a return shipment is notified within the specified period, the refund will be made as soon as the return shipment has been received by us. The repayment of your order will be refunded to the bank account that was used for the payment. Keep in mind that the reimbursement might take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
PAY ATTENTION: If the entire order is being returned, you will receive the purchase amount including the shipping costs. However, if you only return a part of your order, you will not get the shipping costs refunded.
